There are several tooth paste brand I do recommend, you may want to use Elmex or Aqua Fresh for mouth hygiene

As a male and female, it is advised to wash your self properly on daily basis, use good skincare products from the brand the bodyshop, Rituals, Sabon and more

Mouth hygiene is also very important, you may want to use toothpaste from Elmex and Aqua Fresg, mouth wash from the brand listerine is fantastic!
