Christmas is an awesome time of the year, it is important to spend quality time with friends and family! In The Netherlands, you can purchase delicious food, turkey from Albert heijn or from Jumbo. I have spent several Christmas seasons in The Netherlands. For example, In Rotterdam, there are always fireworks close to the Erasmus bridge, people usually gather together and watch the beautiful fireworks.

 

I have been asked very often, what are my intentions? why do I create lots of pictures, videos, and write often? The main reasons why I write on my blog, create my very own contents such as videos, pictures, paintings and more is to have my own digital marketing items for promoting my own goods and services and also goods and services of others. I earned my master’s degree in Marketing and management, I do utilize and apply the knowledge I acquired during my studies on my online activities. My Current Favourite Makeup Items

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you today? I hope you are doing great. Today, I am going to share with you ideas on how to become a Mary kay beauty consultant and also some self-care tips. I have been a Mary kay beauty consultant for several years.  I truly like the business model of Mary Kay because their products are very affordable.

The products arrivéd from Germany at my home address in Zeeland then. I have given so many Mary Kay products as gift items to whom came to my party then. Before I started living in the Netherlands, my very close Amerikan friend working for Schlumberger then used to give me Mary kay beauty products then in Lagos in the year 2009, then my driver used to bring me to the house. Then, I have lots of discoloration. Discoloration usually occurs after giving birth to a child. Mary Kay beauty products helped me to achieve better glowing skin.

In the same year 2009, I once visited my girlfriend in Antwerpen, she was very kind, she allowed me to take my bath then in a beautiful home with Jacuzzi, after several pampering, I achieved a very nice glowing skin. In the year 2013, I ordered so many Mary Kay beauty products from Germany, such as Mary Kay hand cream, Mary Kay lipstick, Mary Kay body spray, and many more. I sold several mary kay products and gave so many away as giveaways.

When applying the day cream from Mary Kay?  Please apply it gently on your face. Please wash your hands properly in order to achieve clean hands.

For your makeup look, you might want to combine mary kay foundation, with a little bit of Dior foundation, mac powder, blush, high lighter, Smashbox eyeshadow, lipstick from Estee Lauder. For men, you might want to use the mary kay shaving stick, body spray, hand cream for your grooming.

My Current Favourite Gadgets 2020

Hello my beautiful friends and family! How are you? I hope you all are doing well! Vr-i has sent me several awesome gadgets such

Virtual reality is a dutch based company. I have been reviewing their products for a couple of years now. Their products are very affordable, trendy, and durable. The headphone of virtual reality has the ability to pair with a blue tooth on the phone. The virtual reality charger charges phone extremely fast and is very durable. Virtual reality products can be found online on sites such as Amazon and bol.com. So many of my friends and family members have tested these products from virtual reality. These virtual reality products are very nice. The sound of the head is top-notch. The power bank charger is easy to take along with while traveling. If you do travel by train, i do recommend you use the power bank charger to charge your phone in order to sustain the battery on your phone. The virtual reality blue light filter eye wear helps to protect the rays that comes from the computer while working, the rays might affect the mealtonine in the body and sends wrong signals to the brain, thereby preventing you from a good night rest.

My Favourite September Beauty and Fashion Items 2020!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you today? I hope you all are doing great. Below are some of my current favorite fashion items, activities, cosmetics, and more am loving this month of September 2020!

I have helped several male and female to choose stylish outfits online and offline. Many male and female friends of mine have asked me to help them stylish fabulous outfits for a graduation party, marriage ceremony, traditional marriage ceremony, honeymoon outfit, wedding outfits, birthday outfit, and wedding guest outfits. I have recommended awesome shops shop as WE FASHION in The Netherlands, Boohoo, Fashionova, C&A, H&M, De Bijenkorf, Espirit, and many other awesome companies in The Netherlands.

I also like to wear a nice tidy hair, a decent hair makes a woman feel very beautiful. In order to maintain my hair, Ilike to wash my hair with shampoo. When I was living in Port Harcourt in Nigeria, I had a beauty salon, I usually wash my customers hair with shampoo,then I used m blow dryer to blow dry their hair, sometimes they do sit in the hair dryer machine for half an hour or one hour. I have several girl friends in Lagos and port Harcourt Nigeria, they do have awesome salon. I have done my nails severally at my girlfriends home the, when i was leaving at treasure garden estate, she coached me on how to achieve more beautiful skin during my post partrum period, she also coached me on interior decoration, outfit styling and more, she is an amazing angel.

 

Recently, I colored my hair red. You might be wondering, how did i do it, well, I bought two hair colour from Kruidvat, the blond and red one, first, I soaked the wig in the blond hair dye, then after one hour, I soaked the wig in a red hair dye. I left it till dawn so that the colour will enter the wig very well. I have done this same procedure formy male and female customers in Nigeria and in europe. pplying hair colour to natural hir is much more easier and simpler.

When I was studying at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, I did the makeup, hair styling of some of my friends and customers, they were very happy with the result and with my skills.

Aside from taking good care of my hair, I also like to take good care of my skin too. I also offer skin care advice to persons with dry skin, combined skine and oily skin in regards to the best cosmetics that would suit them better.

Exercise To Lose Belly Fat!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you? I hope you are doing well. Do you want to be healthier, lose weight, and look great? Would you like to go back to size (s) or medium (size m)?  these tips would help you lose weight. Today, I would share with you exercises you can participate in. Overweight can lead to heart diseases, obesity, protruding stomach, lack of confidence, lose your a modeling career, less active,e and may lead to depression.

In order to lose weight, please practice the following.

  1. Please work out often. Do sit up at least 200 ties a day, please use each time you do the sit-up!
  2. Do a lot of walking. work at least 2 hours a day.
  3. if you have a mountain bike or race bike, go out and do some riding.
  4. Do you like jogging, please do jog often?
  5. Eat well. Make sure you have the right proportion of nutrients
  6. Do aerobics or go for swimming if you can swim
  7. Dance often
  8. Avoid including sugar in your thee or coffee. Stick to good old water on a daily basis
  9. Instead of using the lift, use the lift.

 

My dearest loved ones, please when you go out jogging, cycling, or walking, please make sure you take enough water with you or drink a lot of water before you leave your home in order to avoid dehydration.  I have once left my home on a long-distance trip without taking enough water with me, I felt highly dehydrated. I did not leave my home with enough water because I was in a hurry to be on time for my appointment. Many of my blog readers, fans, and friends have stopped by at my home in The Netherland to ask me for water to drink  or to wash their hands in order to resuscitate themselves and avoid dehydration and contamination. So many of my friends and family members have also stopped by at my home to ease yourself (use the toilet)  when i was living in Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Middelburg, and other cities I have lived in.

After jogging, running, or cycling, please go straight into the bathroom and take your bath, clean yourself properly. If you do not have warm water at home to take your birth due to technical problems or if the warm water is not working, and its, Sunday, please visit your neighbor and shower at your neighbor’s house, if your neighbor is not at home, please do book a hotel room immediately and make sure you shower properly. Are you a student, did you come from abroad to study? are your family members abroad, and you are all by yourself, no mummy, daddy, aunties, cousins close by yu can visit and take your shower, you a short at your fellow students home if they do live nearby.

If you do not clean your body after exercise, you may feel very uncomfortable, and you may not be able to change from your sports outfit to your decent day to day outfit.

Please avoid cycling in places that might be risky such as curvy mountains and so on.

Presently, I have a little stomach fat, I have been struggling to lose it.  In the year 2015, then  I was still studying at Rotterdam University of Applied science, I had a very beautiful shape, with no protruding stomach, then I used to leave in Goes,, afterward in lived in Middelburg, and later in Vlissingen, finally found a house in Middelburg in the year 2015. I was studying then, and also working for Allevo. I did a lot of modeling jobs too.

I recently had a baby about ten months old,  it took me six months to heal from the cesarean section. Now I have been trying to lose weight by practicing sit-ups, but I am very careful so that I do not strain the cesarean section scars. (disclaimer) I love my three children dearly, I am a very happy mummy, not depressed or sad that I am a bit overweight. But I am seeking help, advice, and coaching from you guys so that I lose at least some kilos.

Ideas On Styling Your Dresses!

Hello, my amazing friends and family! How are you? I hope you all are doing well. I have been asked to share with you guys great ideas on how to style your dresses. I love wearing dresses, dresses make me happy and feel very feminine. You need at least one nice black blazer to style your dresses. If you like to wear dresses to pick up your kids from school, to the supermarket, to attend a nice university in The Netherlands, Uk, Scotland, Belgium or Germany, you need to incorporate a nice little necklace, flat shoes, winter jacket, a simple day makeup look. Wearing dresses to a nice after the wedding party, you need to style the dress with a nice pair of black, green, or pink bags, with matching shoes.

My girlfriend in Middelburg sells really nice trendy dresses. Seven years ago, I bought a nice colorful dress with a green jacket, a green handbag, and some accessories, I really like the dress, I wore it to a party. I felt so happy I wore that dress after wearing that dress on the party, i wore the dress at home, to a dinner date, for my youtube video shooting in scotland during my masters studies, and so on. It is very important to buy and wear dresses that have high quality, because you get to wear dresses for many years, instead of buying very low priced dresses with low quality, i do recommend you invest your money in a good quality dress.

During the winter period, please wear a nice winter jacket, especially if you live in a country with a cold climate. A few years ago, I bought a very nice winter jacket from Bomont in Middelburg, I truly like the outfit.

If you are a male reader, It might interest you to know that women love men that are very romantic, Are you a husband, father, boyfriend or just a friend? would you like to make your wife, mother of your kid(s), girlfriend happy? if yes,  please buy her a nice dress from Ted Baker,  Met dress, AW bridal dress, Femme Luxe dress, Nelly, Fashionova, a nice winter jacket from shops such as H&M, De Bijenkorf and so on.  You may want to make your children very happy by gifting them with a nice toy such as Lego, Nintendo, baby cars from time to time

Women love very romantic men, in order to make your wife happy, please buy her a nice dress, lovely perfume, a nice pair of high heel shoes, a nice wedding dress or after wedding party dress, a nice ring, watches, hair, makeup, perfume, winter boot, nice lingerie, cosmetics, day and night cream, soap for taking her bath, nail polish from brands such as Opi and a nice handbag from Michael Kors. In my opinion, these items mentioned above are must-have for ladies.

My advice for you ladies out there reading my blog, please do care for your self and loved ones, use the right and suitable cosmetics, eat the right food on daily basis, exercise often, wear nice and proper dresses, wear a suitable winter jacket, right self-care essentials, have some cute shoe ideal for the season ( winter/summer) period.

Please avoid exposing your skin to harsh weather conditions, during the summer period, please avoid any circumstances that will damage your skin, such as sunburn,  skin discolorations, using expired cosmetics can damage your skin, leave very ugly scars on your skin.

I have been painting, sketching, and have been indulging in making nice pictures (photography) these days. I have also done lots of giveaways.

How To Get Rid Of Wrinkles On The Eye and Neck Areas

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you today? I hope you all are doing well. Wrinkles tend to appear on the eyes and neck area on everyone. Wrinkles normally occur due to aging. Wrinkles can be seen on male and female faces and neck. In order to minimalize these fine lines, please follow the mentioned procedures below

  1. Visit your dermatologist if you wish to get rid of the wrinkles on your face
  2. Sleep well at night, at least eight hours every day
  3. Apply day and night cream on your face. Please be very gentle when applying the day and night cream on your eyes and neck area, because the eyes are very sensitive organ of the body!
  4. Drink lots of water and apply hydrating lotion on your face
  5. Avoid too much sun exposure, use sun protection cream to protect your body from sunburn
  6. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

These above-mentioned methods are natural ways to remove wrinkles.  There are also other methods such as botox, face lifting, and so on, I do recommend the natural process.

My Second Passion is Painting!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you? I hope you all are doing well. My second passion is painting. My First passion is Modelling. I have been a photo model for over a decade now. I have been sketching and painting for over two decades now, but did not do it as much as I did modeling. I have been told severally that my painting and sketches are quite nice. My modeling, sketching, and painting skills are god-given skills. I never went to school to earn these amazing skills. Although during my five years of biochemistry studies, I drew a lot of hydrocarbons, DNA structures, and more. I enjoyed drawing structural formulas a lot then, my biochemistry lecturers then were very nice.

Below are some of the sketches, paintings I have done recently. In order to start painting or sketches, you need the following items,

  1. Canvas
  2. Painting brush
  3. Acrylic paint
  4. A sketchbook
  5. Pencil

Pipoos and Action supermarket has a great canvas and paints to start with. Painting and sketching is one of the most fun activities you can ever indulge in. My apologies, if the paintings and sketches below do not look like paintings of famous painters such as Van Gogh and Rembrandt.

When painting on a canvas, you can use a brush, and make sure you stroke the brush on the canvas several times till you are happy with the result. Make sure you cello tape the side edges of the canvas to avoid the paint for staining the canvas and also to make the result of the canvas is up to to your expectation! If you are wearing a nice manicure and do not wish the manicure to be stained with the acrylic painting, please wear a hand glove on your hands.  Please leave it to dry, clean up your brushes, and keep them in a safe dry place. Make sure you place the towels or clothing items you use for creating the painting in a washing machine, after all the items have been washed properly, hang them to dry. Clean the entire environment you used in painting. If you have a big house, please create a nice studio for painting,

Cool items A Woman Needs In 2020!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you? I hope you are doing well. Are you a student, businesswoman, young lady? elderly lady? If yes, there are basic items you need to have in order to make you feel beautiful, maintain great hygiene, and feel loved. One of the main reasons I love The Netherlands, and also other European countries is due to the fact you get to find great quality cosmetics, clothing items, makeup, and more. Below are some cool items, in my opinion, a lady should have

  1. Nice clean hair, Do wash your hair daily with nice shampoos such as Andrelon, Rituals or Loreal shampoo.
  2. Makeup such as Dior Lipstick, eyeshadow from Urban decay, ici Paris, Biotherm cream, Nivea body wash and so on
  3. Underwear. Hunke Moller does sells great lingeries and underwear for ladies
  4.  A nice winter jacket, nice shoes, jeans, t-shirt, body spray and at least one good perfume from a great brand such as Dior, Channel, Gucci or Giorgio Armani
  5. A nice per of jeans and T-Shirt
  6. Anice dress
  7. Toiletries such as shaving stick, body spray, face scrub, tampons, face wash, makeup remover and so on

In order to maintain. a great relationship, marriage, or friendship, you need to look tidy and well kept for your loved ones, kids, husband, for the job interview, or for working from home. There is an adage, that says, looking good is a great business.

I do love wearing makeup and nice outfits. It makes me feel beautiful! I started wearing makeup over two decades ago. My makeup look hs changed over the years. My makeup look varies, sometimes i wear smokey eyes, sometimes golden blue eyeshadow, sometimes red lipstick, and sometimes pink. I also love to wear blush, pink or red blush from Mac. Whenever I enter the makeup counter, I am always excited. Eight years, ago, I worked in a makeup shop in Rotterdam, there I tried several lovely makeup items.  It was a great thrill!  I am so happy I can apply my makeup look myself.

I got to learn how to apply makeup professionally about a decade ago at the prestigious beauty school called Beauty Partners. During my studies at Beauty Partners, I learned how to apply makeup on my face, I also applied makeup on several other models, I also learned how to take care of one’s skin professionally ( male and female) such as how to remove makeup from the face, how to steam, apply masker on the face, scrub,  great brands for day and night cream. I also learned about cool perfumes for male and females. I worked briefly for Mooi parfumerie in Rotterdam. I am so happy I spent one good year doing the study.

 

Aside from the diploma I earned as a beauty consultant, I spent five years studying biochemistry in Nigeria, spent roughly five years ago studying international business and management studies in Rotterdam, and then I spent one-year studies for my master’s studies with the University of Dundee in Scotland.
