Due to my passion for beauty, fashion and lifestyle, I started writing this blog and post pictures to make my blog look colorful and interesting for my awesome readers. Hello, my adorable friends and family! I hope you all are doing well. One of my regular blog reader and follower requested I share this post with you guys to teach women how to treat their men. In my opinion a good wife has to be loving, caring, clean and keep the house tidy, have good hygiene, respectful, be a good listener to her husband, never say negative or insulting words to her husband or children, never hit your man, never kick him out of the house because you may end up chasing him in the sweet arms of another woman, be patient, understanding, never check his emails, spy on your man or read his phone messages,gossip other women with her husband or in front of their kids, never starve her husband or kids, take the cloths to the laundry if she can not wash by herself, cook or prepare good meals, never do things or involve in actions to hurt a wife, mother, woman like you, if you can not cook, thuis bezorgd and other website has amazing sites for great food, trust him with all your heart and soul, care for him and his family, never gossip or discuss your husband with a stranger, be sweet, hot, spicy,be romantic, dance together, be willing to support her husband financially, morally, cuturally, intellectually in the best way she can. Never judge a book by its cover, that means do not jump into conclusion over your husband/or wife before truelly, really to get to know them very well. I love to be caring and sweet to my man when am in a relationship. Men, please do the same to your woman! Be great and sweet to your wives too!

Ik ben dol op zorgzaam en lief voor mijn man als ik een relatie heb. Mannen, doe alsjeblieft hetzelfde met je vrouw! Wees ook geweldig en lief voor je vrouwen!

Hello, my beautiful angels! Summer period is finally coming to an end. I truly truly love wearing beautiful dresses. I remember eight years ago, when I was studying at Inholland University in Rotterdam in the Netherlands before I later completed my studies at Hogeschool Rotterdam in The Netherlands, I used to live close to the Rijn haven, near the Erasmus bridge, I was new in Holland, I could hardly speak the Dutch language than. I went often to the Erasmus bridge to make pictures with very talented photographers, sometimes we made pictures at uncompleted buildings, parks and forest in Holland. Rotterdam looks amazing. I have made several photo shots in Rotterdam and other amazing cities. I made lovely pictures for several cosmetic companies, hair salon and makeup companies.
Dresses can make you feel more ladylike, feminine and presentable. I admire Kate Middleton a lot in her stylish dresses, she always looks well kept and put together. A few years ago I had the ample opportunities to work with Dutch top models such as Leila Aigbedion whom i contested with during the beauty pageant of Beautiful African day organised by African t.v. (aftv) in the Netherlands and Dian Bieman whom I did her makeup eight years ago when I was still studying with Beauty Partners in Rotterdam. I do admire them a lot.
Naomi Campbell, Doutzen Kroes, and Tyra banks are also great international models. Hello, muffins! I hope you all are doing great. I have helped several of my friends, fans and family members to lose tons of calories by advising them on great delicious diets to take every day. During my study of Biochemistry, I learnt a lot about food biochemistry and great essential nutrients. Good food is great but the excess food is toxic for the body. Too much food intake can cause heart disease, obesity and diabetes. Tanya burr and Jamie Olivier has written terrific books and guide on how to make healthy meals. You can find their tutorials online too. Below are essential food items to incorporate in your diet on daily basis. Fruits such as apple, banana, mango etc
Vegetables such as cucumber, tomato, broccoli. It is better to purchase little quality of food that would last you for one or two days than buying too much food that might expire after a couple of days.
Lots of fish, meat, fish, chicken. Rice, potato and spaghetti are paramount.
Lots of water, juice and at least 3 glass of milk every day for healthy bones and teeth. Milk contains calcium. Calcium is an essential nutrient for healthy hair and bone. Fun fact, do you know that you can mix egg, yoghurt and olive oil when you apply it to your hair and face every day, it would help you look very young. You may also mix olive oil, kiwi and sugar on a bowl, apply it on your face as a scrub on daily basis, it will help your skin look spotless.
Last but not the least, exercise often, run errands by taking a long walk, bike, wear amazing cloths ( it does not have to be expensive, it should look neat and presentable and have fun!

Hallo, muffins! Ik hoop dat het goed met jullie gaat. Ik heb een aantal van mijn vrienden, fans en familieleden geholpen om tonnen calorieën te verliezen door hen te adviseren over heerlijke diëten die ze elke dag kunnen nemen. Tijdens mijn studie Biochemie heb ik veel geleerd over voedselbiochemie en belangrijke essentiële voedingsstoffen. Goed eten is geweldig, maar het teveel aan voedsel is giftig voor het lichaam. Te veel voedselinname kan hartaandoeningen, obesitas en diabetes veroorzaken. Tanya burr en Jamie Olivier hebben geweldige boeken en richtlijnen geschreven over het maken van gezonde maaltijden. Je kunt hun tutorials ook online vinden. Hieronder staan essentiële voedingsproducten die dagelijks in uw dieet worden verwerkt. Fruit zoals appel, banaan, mango, enzvt.
-Groenten zoals komkommer, tomaat, broccoli. Het is beter om weinig voedsel aan te schaffen dat een of twee dagen meegaat dan te veel voedsel te kopen dat na een paar dagen kan vervallen.
-Veel vis, vlees, vis, kip. Rijst, aardappel en spaghetti staan voorop.
-Veel water, sap en minstens 3 glazen melk per dag voor gezonde botten en tanden. Melk bevat calcium. Calcium is een essentiële voedingsstof voor gezond haar en botten. Leuk feit, weet je dat je eieren, yoghurt en olijfolie kunt mengen als je het elke dag op je haar en gezicht aanbrengt, dan zou je er heel jong uitzien. Je kunt ook olijfolie, kiwi en suiker op een schaal mengen, dagelijks op je gezicht aanbrengen als scrub, het zal je huid er vlekkeloos laten uitzien.
Als laatste, maar niet de minste, loop vaank om je boodschappen te doen of fietsen, draag mooie kleden (het hoeft niet duur te zijn, het moet er netjes en toonbaar uitzien en altijd probeer plezier te hebben!

Therme has awesome cosmetic products such as massage oil, body cream and home spray! Aside from good cosmetics, perfumes and make-up, it essential to treat your self with a good meal. I like the perfume from Michael Kors and one million, I have been using the lip gloss from Estee Lauder and ysl, a must have. Skincare, Therme, rituals, Biotherm products are great brands. FOr men, Hugo boss, perfume, shower gel is also a must-have.
Aside from beauty favourites, I have been listening to Dua Lipa,Ed Sheeeran, Sia music, absolutely fabulous!

Which village does your father come from, Answer Gbokoda Nigeria
How many kids do you have? Answer Two boys. I gave birth to my first son in Lekki phase 1 Lagos Nigeria,My second son was born in Goes Zeeland in The Netherlands. My oldest son lived in Nigeria while he was three months old till he was five years old due to some challenges we experienced trying to acquire a new dutch passport for him. I and my children has dual nationalities, Nigerian and dutch.
How old are your children, Answer 9 and 4 years old respectively.
Where did you live before coming to Holland, The Netherlands, I lived in Nigeria, grew up in Asaba, married my first husband at Ikoyi magistrate court in year 2008 before then we where living in Port Harcourt Nigeria since year 2005, gave birth to my first son in Lekki, Lagos Nigeria. Lived in Treasure Garden estate Lekki phase 2 Lagos Nigeria for several years.
What am I doing now? I am about to round off my studies as a masters in Marketing Management in Scotland
How many languages do I speak, I speak dutch, English Language, Igbo, little French and German.
How many sisters and brothers do I have? I have one elder sister, and a younger sister and one brother.
How did I find my self in The Netherlands? Well I was 17 years old when I met my first husband in Port Harcourt, He is dutch (oyibo) expatriate He was working with QEDI in Nigeria and later worked for Exxon mobile in Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria, we married in Lagos Nigeria in the court and with him I had my first son Kenneth Kroone.
Are my parents in The Netherlands, No.
Whats my favourite food? Rice and chicken, Nigerian jolly rice.
Why do I love modelling? I am able to express my self better with pictures.
Am I a certified beauty consultant ? Yes, I have a diploma in skincare, makeup, perfumery and cosmetics.
What skills do I have? Answer- I can braid hair, weave, cut, manicure, pedicure, website buiding, I worked in several hair salons in Nigeria, I also worked as a beauty consultant, sales representative in insurance company in Nigeria and laundry and dry cleaning companies Nigeria.
Why do I enjoy blogging? Answer- I am a certified professional secretary, I studied online with Pennfoster Scranton U.S.A. During my studies, I learnt how to write professionally and I also acquired some book keeping skills.
How many diplomas do I have? Answer – I am a biochemist, Masters In Marketing Management student, a beauty consultant, a professional secretary,diplomas in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint and diplomas in dutch speaking (NT2)
Am I planning to return back to Nigeria soon? Answer no, I used to visit my mummy and family members often few years ago, but currently, my sisters are very happily married. My mummy would be retiring soon and she plans to join me in The Netherlands. My career goal is to stay back in The Netherlands and find a befitting professional jobs aligned with my field of studies.
Where have I resided in The Netherlands ? I started coming to the Netherlands since year 2008. I used to visit holland 6 times a year, flew all the time with KLM. Then I used to visit holland with my first husband, we stayed at bijmer Arena in Amsterdam quid, then we had a house at putterplantsoen. During the year 2010, I decided to stay back in The Netherlands. I lived in Rotterdam for few years, then in Dordrecht, and during the year 2013. I moved to s gravenpolder Zealand, whereby I later got married to my second husband that same year. In December 2013 I gave birth to my second son Timothy. Few years later, I was able to acquire a new dutch passport for Kenneth and brought him from Nigeria to join us in The Netherlands.
Which hotels are my favourites? I have spent over one month in Eko hotel Lagos Nigeria in the year 2008 with my first husband Mr. jan Kroone, before we finally got an accomodation in Treasure garden estate Lekki Lagos Nigeria. It was a very memorable moment for us then, I have also spent few nights at Sheration hotel at schipol airport in 2010, I did enjoyed my stay there then. I have also had the ample opportunity to work in cool hotels and restaurants in The Netherlands such as Fletchers hotel, Amadore Hotel, Van der Valk etc. These hotels has quality interiors and great customer service.
