How To Become Business or A Beauty Consultant!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you today? Today’s blog post is inspired by my frequently asked question. Many of you have been asking me, Ekene why are you not working in a very big organization such as Shell, Exxon mobile, Philips or even with Heineken?

Most of you all know I earned my master’s degree in Marketing and Management from the prestigious University of Dundee in Scotland. I also studied and earned my diploma in Nigeria as a Biochemist, aside from that, I also earned my diplomas in skincare, makeup, perfumery, and cosmetics after one year of intensive studies with beauty partners in Rotterdam.

The answer to your question is that I enjoy coaching very much. I use most of the knowledge I earned from over a decade of studying as a beauty and a business consultant to coach others. I have helped so many small medium-size businesses in creating a digital presence, coached them on how to increase sales and also on improving marketing skills. For example, during my studies at the University of Dundee, I was a student mentor, I coached newly admitted masters student on how to achieve good grades, I also mentored several students at Rotterdam University of Applied sciences on how to build their very own website.

I also offer skincare and healthcare consultancy.

In order to become a beauty or a business consultant, you need to

Attend a business school/ beauty school in Rotterdam or in Scotland
Be passionate about it
If you do live in The Netherlands, you need to speak the Dutch language fluently in order to be able to communicate effectively especially with native speakers.
Be able to learn some digital marketing skills such as advertising regularly online.
Be able to build a website such as WordPress, blog regularly, update regularly on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and perfect your SEO skills
Create awareness
Be a creative writer.
Have fun consulting!

Customer Service Ideas 2019!

Hello my amazing friends and family! I hope you all are doing well. Today’s blog post is meant to inspire you on how to improve customer service in your organisation in 2019! The common mission of all businesses is to retain customers. In order to retain customers, great customer service is paramount. Every business has experienced unsatisfied customers complaint and dissatisfaction, do not worry, because we all are human and not robots, no business business environment is perfect, but the ultimate aim still remains improvement and giving your customer the best satisfaction they deserve. Below are some tips to help your business improve customer service in 2019.

Provide your customers with great website and social media presence.
Use social media for tutorials, for instance, Dior uses Youtube channel to create fun videos and tutorials
Always listen to your customers attentively
Smile and be friendly with your customers
Find ways to make it up with your customers whenever there is complaint. For example, If NS train or KLM has one or two hours flight delays, and had their customers wait for long, do apologise to your customers and offer them free drinks or gift in order to subtle them.
Provide tailored made customer experience. For example Heineken beer has a cool Heineken experience hall at Bijmer arena in Amsterdam whereby famous artist worldwide performs.

Awesome Ways To Relax !

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great! I was asked to share with you all the awesome ways you can relax especially in Europe. An individual who is relaxed tend to be more productive at work, more relatable, calm, friendly, social, inspires, motivates and above all, tend to have a great state of mind. These tips below would help you relax better. Some people do suffer from panic attack especially persons who have recently divorced, lost a loved one, live alone, lonely and so on and so forth. The following tips might help.

Listen to great music, watch a nice movie, comedy on Netflix or audiobooks.
Chilling in a nice hotel or vocational home. Hotels such as Amadore, Novotel, Ibis, Easyhotel, Radisson Blu are recommended.
Spending time with loved ones, cuddling with your husband, wife, children or pets.
Going for a nice long walk in a park or by the seaside.
Traveling to a very nice country or to a beautiful island
Practice yoga, painting, and motivation
Applying nice makeup on your face.
Good food and nutrition would enable you to calm down
Pay attention and become very mindful of every single breath you breathe.
Take a very long nice bath in a bathtub or a jacuzzi!

How To Learn English Language Better?

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great. Today, am going to share with you some ideas on how to learn the English Language fluently. So many of my blog readers have been very thankful, I have been told severally that reading my blog post regularly has enabled so many of you to improve your English Language speaking and writing skills. Learning the English Language can help you land a good job in countries such as The United Kingdom and The United States of America. I earned my teaching skills during my one year compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Nigeria after my graduation as a Biochemist.

There are certain things you have to do to improve your English Language skills more;

Watch BBC/ CNN news daily.
Communicate with persons often that speaks the English language.
Participate in discussing with persons that speak the English language, you may want to travel often to English Language speaking countries.
You can find an English tutor on Marktplaats or other websites online.
Read my blog often!

How To Take Care Of A Man!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great. Today I am going to share with you tips on how to please and take good care of a man.
1. Be very caring and loving. Go together for a nice vacation and give each other a nice relaxational massage from time to time.
2 listen to him always
3. Dress up and look very nice for him. If you do have kids together, take good care of your children too.
4. Be respectful
5. Men are always right, avoid arguing with him
6. Keep his home clean and tidy
7. Send him nice pictures
8. Cook delicious meals for him

Skin Care Tips For Men 2019!

Hello handsome men in da house! I hope you all are doing great. This blog post is meant to inspire you guys on how to look, feel,smell good. Having nice, clear skin is absolutely great.

1.Eat properly and drink alot of water. Water is very good for your hair, skin and nail

2. Exercise often

3. Meditate and practise gratitude

4. Use cool perfumes and cosmetics from brands such as Gucci, Dior, Prada, Hugo boss, Rituals. Wash your underarm properly when taking your bath. Also use mouth wash from Listerine after brushing your teeth. Use day and night cream from Biotherm or other brands, You can shop these from Ici Parijs in The Netherlands

5. Wear clean cloths everyday

6Listen to great songs from artist such as Bruno mars, Justin Bierber, Davido, David Guetta, Nikki Minaj, Cardi B, Jayz, and also gospel music.

7. Avoid too much smoking and alcohol consumption.

8. Touch often. Human touch is very important for human interaction, it can lower blood pressure and the stress hormones. But too much touch can make you look wierd.

9. Watch and listen to Ellen degeneres jokes!

Goedemorgen beste vrienden, vandaag ga ik het met jullie hebben over huidverzorging voor mannen, Er is een nog een tijd geweest dat huidverzorging alleen iets voor vrouwen was. De man moest alleen de huid schoon houden, dus douchen en verder niets. Als de man een creme gebruikte werd hij al snel gezien als een vrouwelijk type, dus verdacht.

Die tijd is gelukkig voorbij, tegenwoordig zijn er volop huidproducten voor mannen, en deze worden door mannen volop gebruikt. Door deze producten willen mannen er aantrekkelijker en jonger uitzien. Je kan ook zeggen dat mannen zuiniger worden op hun huid. Een goede zaak dus.Maar het is niet alleen de creme die de mannenhuid moet onderhouden, er zijn ook veel andere manieren om dit te doen, en ze zijn bovendien gratis. Ik noem er enkele:

-Roken en overmatig alcoholgebruik is een aanslag op je lichaam, je huid wordt er snel ouder door en de rimpels zie je sneller.

-Gevarieerd en gezond eten is belangrijk, bepaalde vitamines zijn een must voor een mooie huid.

-Ga niet onbeschermd lang in de zon zitten, door lang in de zon te zitten droogt de huid uit en veroudert de huid sneller.

-Sporten in het algemeen is goed voor de huid, het beschermt je tegen slechte invloeden van buitenaf.

-Het is verstandig om dagelijks veel water te drinken, het is niet alleen goed voor de huid maar voor het hele lichaam.

Beste vrienden, dit waren enkele tips voor een goede leefwijze en om en voor te zorgen dat je huid er jong en goed uit blijft zien.

Goedemorgen beste vrienden, Vandaag ga ik het met jullie hebben over hoe stress te verminderen en meer te relaxen.Tegenwoordig lijkt het of steeds meer mensen ziek worden ten gevolge van stress. Als je de huidige maatschappij vergelijkt met die van vroeger lijkt het wel of die veel complexer is geworden. Werk en vrije tijd lopen door elkaar heen, smartphones en sociale media doen er nog een schepje bovenop, je moet steeds bereikbaar zijn voor iedereen. Als je hieraan toegeeft loopt op de lange duur de emmer over en veroorzaak je stress, overspannenheid en een burn-out.

Om deze stress tegen te gaan en meer te relaxen kan je aan het volgende denken.

-Calculeer tegenslag in, niet altijd zit alles mee.

-Leer van je fouten, een ezel stoot zich in het algemeen geen 2x aan dezelfde steen.

-Sta open voor kritiek, accepteer dat je niet alles weet, en dat kritiek goed bedoeld kan zijn.

-Herken je grenzen, neem niet teveel hooi op de vork, je moet ook eens nee kunnen zeggen.

-Sporten is goed voor lichaam en geest, de hersenen worden beloond door genotshormonen, de tegenhanger van stresshormonen.

-Lachen en knuffelen zijn ook goed voor de genotshormonen.

-Als laatste, eet gezond, anders loop je het risico op overgewicht en andere aandoeningen.

Beste vrienden, dit waren zo enkele tips om stress te voorkomen en meer te relaxen.

Wash your hair every day.
Use shampoo from Andrelon, Loreal. You can buy these from Etos or Kruidvat.
Use head and shoulder shampoo if you have hair dandruff.
Use nice hair perfume on your hair. You can buy lovely perfume from Douglas in The Netherlands or Ici Paris.
If you do have damaged hair, you can buy some supplements from De Tuinen especially for hair.
