Hello, my amazing friends! Compliments of the season! Merry Christmas and a very happy new year. In a few day’s time, we shall be celebrating Christmas with our loved ones. One of my favorite blog readers asked me to share this awesome tips with you guys! Christmas period is a special period of the year whereby customers tend to shop for clothes, food and more for themselves and their family members. It is very important to serve your customers very well in order to earn returning customers. I have been an entrepreneur for over five years in The Netherlands. I am the CEO of Fab beauties. I have learned from my business activities that when you treat your customers very well, they tend to return back to you. My advice to all entrepreneurs out there is to be kind to your customers, go the extra mile to make them happier.
These tips below would enable you to be nicer to your customers.
- Smile when your customer enters your shop
- Be very friendly and considerate
- Never be impolite to your customer, be very professional when talking to your customer
- Give your customers a nice cup of thee or coffee or a little present such as Christmas card.
- Have a great website that is easy to browse, accessible and legible
- Do not use the information about your customers unethically.
- Have fun while bonding and building a great customer relationship
