How To Find A Job Fast In 2019!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great! Today’s blog post is meant to inspire you on how to find a job swiftly. There are several ways to find a decent job. I do enjoy being an entrepreneur very much. You may decide to be your very own boss or work for a boss.

During my University studies at Inholland University Rotterdam and at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, I received some coaching on how to present a good motivational letter and cv whenever I send my cv off to a potential employer. I also mentored some students at the University of Dundee and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences on how to earn a good grade, build a business, and find a job in home care. In order to find a good job, you need to send your cv and motivational letter to companies that have vacancies and also companies you are interested in working with. Are you a student? would you like to start a business of your own while studying, well, you need to register with kvk in The Netherlands, have a decent website, and a business name . If you are in Nigeria, need a job fast, please look online on indeed or on guardian newspaper. You may also talk to your colleagues, friends, and family, perhaps they can help you out!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great! Today, I am going to inspire you and share with you ideas on how to place the Facebook advert. Aside from Facebook, there is also other website to place your add such as Marktplaats, Gumtree, Youtube, Google ad, and speuders.

In order to create awareness as a business owner, you need to create an advert online to gain potential customers as the saying goes, if you are not seen, you would be forgotten.

You may create a Facebook ad.

Create a Facebook account
Create a Facebook page
Choose a nice profile picture and header. You can create a nice header using the services of Fiverr.
Choose a budget and advertise.

How To Take Care Of A Man!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great. Today I am going to share with you tips on how to please and take good care of a man.
1. Be very caring and loving. Go together for a nice vacation and give each other a nice relaxational massage from time to time.
2 listen to him always
3. Dress up and look very nice for him. If you do have kids together, take good care of your children too.
4. Be respectful
5. Men are always right, avoid arguing with him
6. Keep his home clean and tidy
7. Send him nice pictures
8. Cook delicious meals for him

How To Build A Website!!

Hello, my loving angels! I hope you all are doing great! This blog post is dedicated to all the entrepreneurs in the whole wide world. I truly admire independent entrepreneurs, it’s not that easy to be an entrepreneur due to the challenges we do experience sometimes!

These sites mentioned above are great for building your very own website. Aside from building a website you may also use Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote your social media site. I am a website designer. I work very closely with several website designers in The Netherlands and United Kingdom. If you need help with designing your website, Please do not hesitate to contact me.

p.s. So many of you have come to me, you guys asked me, how do you deal with an impolite customer? You guys also asked me, how do you manage to cyberbully? Many businesses hesitate to go online because they do not want their customers to write a bad review about them online. My advice on the first question, is that when a customer is impolite, you have to remain calm, do not treat impoliteness with impoliteness. Just remain calm, offer your excuses to the impolite customers and focus on taking note on what caused the problem and effect improvement. Secondly, for cyberbullying, be calm, apply the same advice. Do not be defeated or give up, because one or two persons say terrible things about you online, do not judge a book by its cover, someone may say horrible things about someone online just to make him or herself feel better, but never ever let it get to you.

How To Write A Professional E-mail Tips!

Hello muffins! I hope you all are doing great. Today’s blog post is meant to inspire you guys on how to write awesome emails. There are several kinds of emails, formal, informal, casual etc. Please do pay attention when writing emails. Below are some cool tips for you ladies and gents need’s to adhere to when writing emails. so lets gets started!

Please do check out for spelling errors when writing formal emails.
Do use grammarly ( an online application for checking spelling errors) or an updated microsoft word
Be very polite when writing professional letters
Write great motivational letter by explaining why you like to work for the company, your experience and qualifications.
Make sure you keep the message focused on the topic
Do send and reply promptly to serious messages. For example, if you are ill and need to take absence from your work, send a message twenty four hours before hand to your company.
If you do not speak dutch, french, german and need to apply for a job in companies that are based in The Netherlands, France and Germany, please consult someone that speaks these languages for guideline on how to apply for the job in these above mentioned languages. Please do not depend entirely on google translator because there may be some errors sometimes.
Please ensure to address the person offering the job while you write the letter.

Er zijn verschillende soorten e-mails, formeel, informeel, casual etc. Let goed op bij het schrijven van e-mails. Hieronder staan enkele geweldige ideetjes voor u waar dames en heren zich aan moeten houden bij het schrijven van e-mails. dus laten we beginnen!
Gelieve te controleren op spelfouten bij het schrijven van formele e-mails.
Gebruik grammatical (een online applicatie voor het controleren van spelfouten) of een bijgewerkt Microsoft-word. Wees heel beleefd als je professionele brieven schrijft
Schrijf een goede motivatiebrief door uit te leggen waarom je graag voor het bedrijf, je ervaring en kwalificaties. Zorg ervoor dat je de boodschap gericht houdt op het onderwerp
Verstuur en beantwoord snel naar belangrijk berichten. Als u bijvoorbeeld ziek bent en afwezigheid van uw werk nodig hebt, stuur dan vierentwintig uur tevoren een bericht naar uw bedrijf.
Als u geen Nederlands, Frans of Duits spreekt en een baan moet zoeken in bedrijven die gevestigd zijn in Nederland, Frankrijk en Duitsland, raadpleeg dan iemand die deze talen spreekt voor een richtlijn over hoe u de baan kunt aanvragen in deze hierboven genoemde talen. Wees alsjeblieft niet volledig afhankelijk van Google translator omdat er soms fouten kunnen zijn.
Zorg ervoor dat u de persoon die de baan aanbiedt, toespreekt terwijl u de brief schrijft.

How To Improve Your Work-Life Balance Today!

Ciao amore mio, come stai? Hiya, I just wrote in italian language, I said, Hello love, How are you? I feel so blessed to be able to speak and understand several languages. I hope you all are doing well. Today’s blog post is to inspire you on how to balance work life style.

Prioritise your health, like the saying goes, health is wealth make sure you are working in a healthy condusive environment. It is very important to like the job you do, I have worked in several hospitality companies in The Netherlands, i enjoy meeting new people serving lovely foods and beautiful desert, its fun to see the smile on customers face when they are well served and pamperd.

Make time for your family, your children, parent. Work is important, but family always comes first. It is very important to be a responsible parent and have the ability to manage your family and work life style, Let’s say for instance, you are a working class parent and you need to go on a business trip, please do make sure you have your work, family activities well planned.

How To fall In Love With Your Job Again!!!

Hello my loves! Few days ago was valentine’s day, I hope you all had fun! Since we are still in the loving spirit and mood, I thought I share with you all tips on how to fall head over heels in love with your job again!

I love my job – in fact I’ve been lucky enough to have enjoyed every job I’ve ever had, from waitress through to retail, from lecturer through to fashion blogger, from photo model into a loving mother they’ve all taught me lessons and changed me for the better. From that feeling of new job excitement, through to passing your probation and all the way to celebrating your work anniversaries – your job can be one of the most rewarding and fulfilling parts of your life. But what happens when the love is gone and you find yourself dreading your alarm going off in a morning?

It does not matter how you love your job from the onset, I think after a while we might start falling out of love because we want to have new adventure, experience new things, become more independent and so on. – But how do you work out which path you need to take? Some jobs can be very challenging and consume lots of our time, but is very important to have a balance. Some of us get burn out, break down or even experience panic attack during working hours. Taking some time to ventilate, relax, spend time with your loved ones, go on holiday is very important. It is very crucial to avoid too much caffeine and unhealthy habits in order to be extra active at the work place.

You do not let the work to rule your life, rather be a very balanced effective productive being!

Study Hacks! How to Achieve Good Grades At School!!!

Hey muffins, Hope you all are doing great. Here are some cool learning tips that would be very helpful in order for you to achieve good grades at school: Lets jump right into it shall we:

Take notes during classes.
Listen to your teacher when you are in class, like really listen.
Visit library after school hours to work on your assignment(s). Forget about procrastination. Always read the topic you learnt in class immediately (revise) after classes (same day). Do some research on the topic online.
Join a learning/study group, look for a friend to study with, at least once every week.
Make a to do list of all the assignments, study you need to do
Eat properly and sleep at least 8 hours to be able to be strong for the next day.
Avoid too much party.
Do not be afraid to ask your lecturers questions in the class incase you do not understood the topic.
If you have enough income, you may seek for extra coaching from professionals on the topic you are studying, lets say you are taking Spanish classes and you are not so good at it, you may look online for Spanish teachers (freelance) to assist you improve your Spanish language skills.
Do not allow any one make you feel bad for studying, if you do need to get 5 masters degree, phd, go for it, do not let anyone make you feel you study too much, there is nothing like studying too much. I feel that life is a learning process and we all should learn on daily basis. You may check out Audible, Scribd and free text books online incase you do not have access to library . These sites would help you improve your knowledge on any topic you feel like learning.

Above all, have fun! School is also an environment to make friends and socialize.

How To Achieve Financial Stability!!!

No matter how buoyant you are and financially stable, it is very important to save money for rainy days. These tips below will help you save money.

Turn of the Television- Television adverts would lure you to buy certain items you do not really need at that point in time of your life. There are lots of financial benefits to this practise. Less expedicture to ad induced products.
Stop collecting and start selling. There are some people that thought their collections would bring them riches. You may want to sell all your collectibles such as shoes, cloths, makeup on ebay,etsy, amazon and many other onlie shop retailer.
Make your own gift, than buying from shops. You may include your hand writing on the gift.

You may create a customised card yourself online instead of buying expensive cards.

Repair clothing instead of tossing it, Do not dispose a shirt if you lose a button on it, rather repair it. Learning little bit of sewing skills is a great way to save money.
Avoid eating from fast food. Instead of eating fast food or just nuking some prepackaged dinner when you get home, try making some simple and healthy replacements that you can take with you. An hour’s worth of preparation one weekend can leave you with a ton of cheap and easy dinner and snack options for the following week.
Turn of the light. If you live in europe, before going out to work, turn of the lights and all electricl appliances. Turning off lights when you have plenty of natural sunlight can also help keep your electrical bill down over time. The bottom line: If you aren’t using a light, turn it off.
Plan your spending. Always make a list on the items you need to spend your money on – The secret to this method (if you want to call it that) is to identify what you are spending money on so that you can begin to plan your spending. Once you begin to plan your spending, you will gain control over it and you will be able to plan to spend money on your savings. In other words, you will plan to put money into your savings account. Many people don’t like to plan their spending because it involves a little bit of work . No one is saying that success will come easily, but this little bit of work will pay off big time in many areas of your finances. Just as the saying goes, failing to plan is planning to fail.
