Hello lovelies, recently I had intensive cold,, but now am feeling better. Here are some cool remedies to get better and be back on your feet as soon as possible.
- Drink alot of thee.
- Take some medicine such as vitamin C and cough syrup.
- Eat properly such as balance diets and lots of fruits such as oranges, kiwi, banana, apple
- Exercise, although the weather is quite cold this winter period, you can indulge in biking, jogging etc
- Keep your environment clean, get a clean bed sheet, clean home, clean towers, clean food.
- Meditation help you to feel better
- Hang out with friends and seek for health care advice
- Call your doctor if you do not get better
- treat your self as golden, pamper your self by taking a long bath or by sitting in a bath tub!
