7 top fashionable items recommended for Christmas period 2021

Hello my beautiful friends and family, how are you today? I hope you all are doing fine. There are seven fashionable items you and your loved ones can wear/ rock this festive period and look great;

1. Dresses from ted baker
2. Espirit jacket
3. Shoes from nike, guess or from dr. Martens
4. Headset from vr-i.nl
5. Calvin klein shoes, jeans or g-star jean
6. Zara
7. Boohoo dresses.

The reasons i recommend these outfit is because, as a model, i have had the ample opportunity to wear some of these above mentioned brands of clothes during my photoshoot. These above mentioned items are great, durable and easy to maintain.

Aside from these above mentioned brand of clothing, you can wear other high end brands such as michael kors, dior, hermes and more. Perfumes from the brand dior, gucci and prada is highly recommended for male and female. For skin care, items from the body shop, rituals, lush is a must have. I hope you are inspired.

Qualities Of A Good Manager

Hello my beautiful friends and family, How are you? I hope you all are doing well. Today I am going to share with you qualities of a good manager in my own opinion,

A good manager has to be nice to their staff
A good manager has to give good advice to their employees and their customer, a great customer service is very important in a working environment.
A good manager has to set great example by providing all the tools their staff needs for their job, for example if you do have a restaurant, the manager of the restaurant has to provide apron, trays, uniform, mouth mask for their staffs if need be so that their staff can work effectively.
A good manager has to continue to learn about great managerial skills.
A good manager has to be sincere and motivate their colleagues
A good manager has to create a nice and peaceful working environment for their staff and employees, please never make your staffs to feel bad or insecure about their self and their abilities to deliver a great job.
A good manager has to make sure their staffs are paid on time so that they can be very happy to work for you company.
A good manager has to respect the culture, the environment, the privacy of their employees, their employees religion and more!
A great manager has to provide and pay for a proper accomodation for your staffs, for example, if you do have a business together such as an oil and gas company, a restaurant, a school or foundation, please provide a suitable accomodation for your staffs, so that your staff can work effectively, if you can not find an accomodation on time, please put your employees in a nice airbnb or hotel until you can provide a nice home or apartment for your employees.

Great Customer Service Ideas!

Hello, my amazing friends! Compliments of the season! Merry Christmas and a very happy new year. In a few day’s time, we shall be celebrating Christmas with our loved ones. One of my favorite blog readers asked me to share this awesome tips with you guys! Christmas period is a special period of the year whereby customers tend to shop for clothes, food and more for themselves and their family members. It is very important to serve your customers very well in order to earn returning customers. I have been an entrepreneur for over five years in The Netherlands. I am the CEO of Fab beauties. I have learned from my business activities that when you treat your customers very well, they tend to return back to you. My advice to all entrepreneurs out there is to be kind to your customers, go the extra mile to make them happier.

These tips below would enable you to be nicer to your customers.

Smile when your customer enters your shop
Be very friendly and considerate
Never be impolite to your customer, be very professional when talking to your customer
Give your customers a nice cup of thee or coffee or a little present such as Christmas card.
Have a great website that is easy to browse, accessible and legible
Do not use the information about your customers unethically.
Have fun while bonding and building a great customer relationship

My December 2018 Favourites!

A very Merry Christmas and Happy new year my adorable friends! I hope you all are doing well! This year was terrific! I have a lot to be thankful for. Today’s blog post, am going to share with you what I truly love this month of December! Below are some activities, shops, and items I am loving this month of December!

I am very thankful for the fact I finally met my nephew in Nigeria ( My younger sister’s son in Nigeria)
Flying with Turkish airways was awesome.
I enjoy the delicious food sold in Albert Heijn supermarket in The Netherlands.
Chilling at McDonald in Middelburg and for good health.
My ability to fix the lamps of my bikes! Thank you Piets Voskamp staff for teaching how to!
The fact that I have two handsome adorable sons.
My blessed loving family in Nigeria
The very affordable skincare items at Action Supermarket in The Netherlands
My new We fashion suits
The fact that I am a photo model and a graduate of Masters of Marketing and Management.
The pretty Christmas cards I received and gave out in The Netherlands!
My very loving and caring friends, customers, and family in Nigeria and Zeeland in The Netherlands.
The very pretty jewelry my cousin gave to me. My cousin makes and sells jewelry worldwide. I help her with marketing and sales!
The lovely lipsticks I received from Duvolle!

My new Dior lipstick and perfume set I bought from Douglas shop in Middelburg!

6 Ways TO Make Your Employees Happier!!!

Hello my amazing friends, Happy weekend! I hope you all are doing great. Today’s blog post about amazing ways to keep your employees happy and engaged. Happy employees helps the company to stay engaged and do better job. If your employees are not happy, they will not stay.

Take your employees out for a cup of coffee or lunch, do not pretend to care but do really care! Give them little gift such as employee of the month T shirt.
Give feedback to your employees, it is important for your employees to understand their strengths and weaknessess. people need to hear how they are doing. feedback will help them do better.
Recognise your employee’s uniquenness. Look at them individually and identify their strength.
Help your employees to achieve their goals in life!
Assist employees with training programmes to help them improve their skills. Take a genuine interest in their future career path.
Understand their family commitment and be more flexible . If an employee becomes sick, do not fire them during their probational period but be more understanding and loving so to speak.

Budget Party Planning Tips!!!

Hey muffins, want to throw your child, spouse or colleague a party on budget? Here are some cool clever cost-cutting ideas:

Go digital in inviting people, do not spend money printing cards for your bash, rather invite them via Facebook or Whatsapp.
Tap your network for entertainment, contact a friend that is good for MC, can sing or dance instead of inviting an expensive artist to perform.
Order birthday decorative items online, sites such as Ebay, amazon, alibaba.com has very affordable birthday or bridal party decorative.
You do not need to cook expensive meals, you may serve, fried meat, chicken, gizzard and some loempias.
Buy your kids, spouse or colleague awesome gifts that can last them for very log time such as wrist watches, headphone etc. You may want to give a gift card from Fashion chick, topshop, Tesco, albert heijn or bol.com
Wear cloths you already have for the party as long as the clothing is clean and well kept, you may just buy some trendy accessories to make it look more glamorous.
