How To Communicate With Your Partner!

Hello, my amazing friends and family. How are you?  hope you all are doing well. This is a requested blog post. I was asked to share with you all how to communicate better with your partner.

Majority of all relationship happens to be successful or become unsuccessful due to communication. Great communication skills are important in marriage, partnership, business and more.

Instead of avoiding communicating with our partner due to the heat that comes up afterward, it is rather advisable to be able to listen to your partner, have the patience to ask your partner why he or she behaved in that particular way. Your objective is to understand the situation.

The following tips would enable you to have a better communication tips and have a  better relationship

  1. Smile always, think positively. Change the way you look at things. Having a positive mindset can help you build a better relationship
  2.  Be compassionate. Just be nice. Say nice things all the time to your partner
  3. Be respectful. Value and communicate your value to the other person.
  4. Do not criticize your partner
  5. Avoid assumptions and hard talk. Please do not bring up topics that might be suggestive or offend your partner.
  6. Be very polite. Do not suddenly go cold on your partner by practicing the silence treatment.
  7. Take the time to compliment each other on a daily basis.
  8. Do not walk out of your partner or behave very aggressive with him or her
  9. Do not scream or raise the tone of your voice when communicating with your partner, rather speak with a nice calm and soothing tone of voice.
  10. Deviate from washing your dirty linen in the public ( an idiom ) which means saying negative things about him or her, rather visit a professional pschologist or a relationship expert in your area to seek help.

Tips On How To Achieve Healthier Looking Skin in 2019!

Hello, my amazing friends and family! How are you today? I hope you all are doing well. My girlfriends in Germany asked me to share with you today tips on how to achieve glowing skin in 2019! Christmas is fast approaching and we ladies would like to look very nice and fabulous, the tips below will enable you to look more fabulous! I have been a beauty and health consultant for several years, I coach males and females on how to maintain their weight, loss weight, self-care, hygiene and more.

  1. Use great cosmetics and nutrients from Forever living products and Juiceplus.

Use great skin care froducts from De-tuninen,Kruidvat, Douglas, Iciparisxl. These shops mentioned has face wash, day and night cream, body ream, body oil such as bio-oil, masker and so on, depending on your budget. I elaborated more on the youtube video below.

  1. Visit a nice hotel such as Hilton hotel for a nice massage.
  2. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid too much sugar ( carbohydrates in your meal).
  3. wash and change your bedsheet very regularly ( two to three times a week) use clean towels aswell
  4. See your doctor for regular check-ups and healthcare advice
  5. Exercise regularly by going for a long work, cycling and so on
  6. Drink lots of water, homemade juice as smoothies, celery juice and so on.

Autumn/Winter Fashion and Lifestyle Inspiration 2019!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you today? I hope you are doing well. Today, I am going to share with you ideas regarding how to style yourself, look good and feel fabulous this autumn/winter period. I have been a beauty consultant for over a decade now. I have helped several male and female choose the right cosmetics, perfumes and skincare products.

My skin tends to feel drier during the autumn period,  so I tend to use some cosmetic items to help relieve the dryness of my skin.

1. Use skincare and hand cream products from Rituals palmers and Biotherm.
2. Apply Guess or channel perfume on yourself. This would enable you to smell and feel great all day. Cool perfume can be purchased at cool shops such as Douglas, ici Parisxl, Sephora, and Mooi Parfumerie.
3. Wash your self two to three times a day before going to bed.

4. Purchase nice winter outfits and shoes from shops  such as Shein, de Bijenkorf, Omoda, Primark, Van Haren
5. Keep your self hydrated by drinking lots of water and a homemade smoothie. Avoid high sugar content.

6 Top Airlines I enjoy Flying With!

Hello, my amazing friends! How are you today? I hope you all are doing well. I have been asked so many times, When was the last time you visited Africa? which airlines do you fly with? and so on. Today, I am going to share with you five top airlines I enjoy flying with. I have been flying with KLM since 2008, which is over 11 years ago. I used to fly from Nigeria to Amsterdam five times a year since 2008. I truly enjoyed my trips with KLM. KLM has great customer service, affordable tickets, and delicious meals. Aside from KLM, I have flown with;

  1. Turkish Airlines
  2. Qatar airways
  3. KLM
  4. Emirates
  5. Royal Air Maroc
  6. British Airways

Why do I enjoy flying you may ask? Flying/traveling to a new country would enable you to make new friends, learn a new language, land you new job opportunities, visit friends and family, get in touch with your place of origin, awesome photography,  shop for good food, clothes, drinks, etc and many more!

I admire the male and ladies working for the above-mentioned airlines, always well dressed, good makeup and nice hair hairstyle. In my opinion air hosts and hostesses tend to have lots of fun because they do have great opportunities to visit several nice countries and spend each night in different countries in fantastic hotels. Over 12 years ago, I used to live in Port- Harcourt, I had a male friend, he was working for Air France, he always shared with me fun stories about working as an air host for air France. I truly admired his discipline a lot.

My take home for you guys out there is to try book your flights on time, you may book one month ahead of time for good affordable rates on the websites of the above-mentioned airlines, or visit Tui, cheap flight tickets or purchase your tickets from Ticket agencies in Antwerpen or from Solite Global Travels.

Make-Up, Hair and Cosmetic Items Required For Dark Skin!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! How are you? I hope you all are doing well. Today, I am going to share with you some awesome cosmetic items, hair and makeup items required for dark skin. Unfortunately, dark skin ladies can not use all kinds of makeup and cosmetic items, there are certain brands required and designated for dark skin ladies. I have been living in The Netherlands for over a decade, presently living in Middelburg in The Netherlands.  In order to buy the hair, makeup or cosmetic products I need, I do need to travel to Rotterdam, Amsterdam or sometimes to Nigeria.  Below are some cool items required for dark ladies.

  1. Mac foundation, powder, concealer, blush
  2. Estee lauder foundation, mascara and lipstick
  3. Urban decay eyeshadow, smashbox,
  4. Ritual lipstick. and eyeliner
  5. Jeffrey star eyeshadow palette
  6. Elf primer for makeup
  7. Palmers and soap bar
  8. Clear essense soap and cream
  9. Beautiful hair from Sami hair Amsterdam or from Luxyhair
  10. Biotherm body cream, bo oil and Nivea body cream
  11. Day and night cream from brands such as Loreal, Clarins, Detuinen etc
  12. Nars, NYX foundation and eyeliner.

You may be able to buy these awesome products from shops such as Boozy shop, Ici Paris, Douglas, Sami hair, megorgous , , jiji Nigeria, Jumia Nigeria Sephora etc

Tips and take home for my handsome men out there whom does and does not wear makeup, use cosmetic items and hair extention, Please try to practice self care. Wear clean cloths daily, sleep in a house with warm temperature to avoid catching cold or pneumonia, eat properly, drink lots of water, practice daily sports activities and have fun!

Top Items You need For a Glowing Skin In Winter Period Of 2019!

Hello my amazing friends, how are you today? I hope you are doing well.

Today, I am going to share with you the items you need for glowing skin in 2019. The winter period is the coldest period of the year, especially in The Netherlands. In order to survive and experience a splendid winter period, you need to dress properly.

  1. Wear winter jackets. You can buy good winter jackets with Bomont, The Bijenkorf and at Primark in The Netherlands.
  2.   Use beauty products from Channel, Clarins, Shiseido. These products would enable you to achieve glowing skin. I use body lotion from  Biotherm and Palmers.
  3. Drink lots of juice and fluids.
  4. Make a nice hot cup of thee for your self. Lipton, thee is a must.
  5. Wear winter scarf from Etos or sting
  6. sleep properly.
  7. Use beauty products from brands such as Duvolle.
  8. Read glamour and vogue magazine for winter makeup, fashion inspiration.
  9. If you are very buoyant you may want to travel. or fly to a warm country or island for the great holiday such as Maldive,  Seychelles.etc

5 Simple Ways To Improve Your English Language Skills!

Hello, my amazing friends and family, How are you today? I hope you all are doing well! I was inspired to share with this blog post by a good friend of mine preparing for IELTS soon, he wishes to come travel to The Netherlands for his master’s degree study, one of the prerequisites for his admission into the University in The Netherlands is to pass the compulsory IELTS test.  The English language is a very nice language and i like to speak it.  Are you preparing for the IELTS test or Toefl test soon or would you like to learn and improve your English Language speaking skills? The following ideas can be very helpful

  1. Listen to tutorials English Language tutorials on Youtube
  2. Travel to English language speaking countries such as England, Nigeria, Scotland, Canada and The United States of America
  3. Opt for online lessons via WhatsApp or by skype calls
  4. Make friends with persons who speak and write the English language well for religious practice
  5. Listen to the news in the English Languages such as  CNN news, BBC news and other English News transmitting channels!
