9 Self-Care Tips For All

Hey loves! Welcome to my blog! I hope you guys are doing well. Today I am going to share with you awesome tips on how to take very good care of your self. My lovelies, try each and every day to take proper good care of your self, never neglect your self. I am a certified beauty consultant in The Netherlands, I earned my beauty consultancy diplomas from one of the best beauty school in Rotterdam. I have a diploma in Cosmetics, Parfums, Makeup, and Skincare. I give coaching on how to apply perfume properly on your body, best cosmetics to use on your skin, makeup, mouth hygiene, skin hygiene and more. I have worked in Parfumery and drugstore companies such as Mooi perfumeries, Kruidvat, De Tuninen shops and also in-home care companies in The Netherlands and The United Kingdom.

I am going to share with you my angel’s simple ways you can take good care of your self.

Change your toothbrush at least every two weeks. Make sure you check the expiry date of your body cream before applying it on your skin
Always cover your toothbrush ( leave it in the packet it came with) in order to avoid bacteria and germs. Use Listerine as the mouthwash
Apply body spray in your armpit after taking your bath. Dove and Nivea body spray is perfect.
Make sure you kiss, hug your lover, husband, wife, children every day. Give warmth, kisses, and care to people you love. Always pray for them too.
Always forgive and forget, never hold grudges against anyone who offended you for too long, its bad for your health
Eat properly everyday, gym often.
Listen to great music
Ladies and gentlemen meditate always. You may want to meditate alone or with your partner. Always have someone close to you, checking up on you, someone that always ask you, oh girl, what are your plans for upcoming weeks, what are your goals, perhaps someone that may be able to help you edit your cv, cover letter, study coach, pick out that prom or graduation dress with you.
Give your self-compliments every day, for example, you may say to your self, Oh Ekene, look at you girl, you are beautiful, oh that dress suits you well, you are pretty, endowed, talented, blessed and loved!

How To Build A Website!!

Hello, my loving angels! I hope you all are doing great! This blog post is dedicated to all the entrepreneurs in the whole wide world. I truly admire independent entrepreneurs, it’s not that easy to be an entrepreneur due to the challenges we do experience sometimes!

The aim of the blog post is to inspire you on websites you may want to use to create your website. A few years ago, I coached over sixty students at Rotterdam University in The Netherlands on how to build their very own website, register their business and so on. Today, I have over twenty million views on all my social media site, so t thought to myself, why not share with you all ideas on how to build a site. You may want to use

These sites mentioned above are great for building your very own website. Aside from building a website you may also use Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote your social media site. I am a website designer. I work very closely with several website designers in The Netherlands and United Kingdom. If you need help with designing your website, Please do not hesitate to contact me.

p.s. So many of you have come to me, you guys asked me, how do you deal with an impolite customer? You guys also asked me, how do you manage to cyberbully? Many businesses hesitate to go online because they do not want their customers to write a bad review about them online. My advice on the first question, is that when a customer is impolite, you have to remain calm, do not treat impoliteness with impoliteness. Just remain calm, offer your excuses to the impolite customers and focus on taking note on what caused the problem and effect improvement. Secondly, for cyberbullying, be calm, apply the same advice. Do not be defeated or give up, because one or two persons say terrible things about you online, do not judge a book by its cover, someone may say horrible things about someone online just to make him or herself feel better, but never ever let it get to you.

Hello, my adorable angels, I hope you all are doing fabulous! Today’s blog post is to inspire you all ( My male and female blog readers) shops were you can buy nice decent outfits. My current favorite shops and brands in The Netherlands are;

When am in The United Kingdom, I love shopping for very pretty dresses at De Debenham’s and Quiz! Shein is a great webshop in The Netherlands. I bought the white and blue strip dress from them. I totally recommend at least a pair of Tommy Hilfiger Jeans, G-Star and Levi Jeans in every lady’s and gent’s wardrobe. You just can’t go wrong with any of these above jean brands. About a decade ago, I received a very beautiful dress from Marc Jacobs, I still love and cherish the dress to date.

Over a decade ago, when I was living in Lekki Lagos Nigeria, I did my luxurious makeup and stylish outfit shopping from Shoprite The Palms Lekki Nigeria. Amazon, Alibaba, and eBay have also very stylish clothing at very affordable prices.. Hunke Moller has very cute and affordable lingerie too!

Awesome Tips On How To Take Care Of The Elderly!

Hello, my lovely angels! I hope you all are doing great. Our elderly parents whom may be eighty years and above are very delicate and they do require special care. My mother is currently sixty years plus and my dad too. I love my parent and miss them so so much and they both love me and my siblings very much!. As their child, I would do anything I can to make sure, they remain proud of me, in good health and feel loved. I have worked in Allevo and Elder in The Netherlands and United Kingdom respectively. During my working experience, I helped elderly men and women with their personal hygiene, home care, cleaning, gardening, groceries and more! The most common challenges experienced by the elderly is loneliness. In this blog post, I am going to share with you great tips on how to care for your loved ones.

Be kind to your mummy and daddy, in respective of their age, color, education, exposure, please love and cherish them.
Visit your elderly mum and dad as often as possible, your love, warmth, hug means a lot to them.
Make out time to dine and wine with your parents. You may take them once in a while to their favorite restaurant for a great meal. Amadore, Bastion and Fletchers hotels, and restaurants has amazing hotels and restaurants for dining
Provide your aging mum and dad with health care tips
The Netherlands has great facilities and home care. SVRZ in The Netherlands is great!
Keep your eyes on their physical and mental abilities
Help them out with legal, financial issues, bills payment and so on.
You may ask them about their favorite meals and help them do their groceries online and have their groceries delivered to their doorstep.
In The United Kingdom, NHS nurses usually visit the elderly at home whom cannot take care of themselves solely, in order to carry heck ups and find out if they do need help.
Please avoid participating in act or behavior that might endanger their health, Our aging parent may have a history of chronic health diseases, bad attitude towards your parent may trigger a heart attack, high blood pressure and so many other health complications.

My Current Favourite Comfy Dresses!!!

Hello, my beautiful angels! Summer period is finally coming to an end. I truly truly love wearing beautiful dresses. I remember eight years ago, when I was studying at Inholland University in Rotterdam in the Netherlands before I later completed my studies at Hogeschool Rotterdam in The Netherlands, I used to live close to the Rijn haven, near the Erasmus bridge, I was new in Holland, I could hardly speak the Dutch language than. I went often to the Erasmus bridge to make pictures with very talented photographers, sometimes we made pictures at uncompleted buildings, parks and forest in Holland. Rotterdam looks amazing. I have made several photo shots in Rotterdam and other amazing cities. I made lovely pictures for several cosmetic companies, hair salon and makeup companies.
Dresses can make you feel more ladylike, feminine and presentable. I admire Kate Middleton a lot in her stylish dresses, she always looks well kept and put together. A few years ago I had the ample opportunities to work with Dutch top models such as Leila Aigbedion whom i contested with during the beauty pageant of Beautiful African day organised by African t.v. (aftv) in the Netherlands and Dian Bieman whom I did her makeup eight years ago when I was still studying with Beauty Partners in Rotterdam. I do admire them a lot.

Naomi Campbell, Doutzen Kroes, and Tyra banks are also great international models. Style Your Dresses In Several Ways!

Hello, my fabulous friends! The weather is so nice these days, I truly enjoy summer days and love to style myself in stylish ways. It is so practical and fun to wear dresses during the summer period! Most of my blog readers, fans and family have been asking me what I do during the summer period, I enjoy styling my self in colorful dresses, eating out, hanging out in the beach, maintaining my skin, by taking my bath at least three times a day, use day and night cream from brands such as Nivea, Loreal, spending quality time with family. Going for a walk in the park is a fun way to enjoy the summer period or just chilling in a nice terras, Amadore Stefano in Vlissingen in The Netherlands has a great terras.

Do remember to wear sunscreen cream on your body when hanging out on the beach tanning, and also wear sunglasses when the sun is shining to keep your self-hydrated by drinking lots of clean water. Media Markt has cool airconditioner to keep your room chilled because you might feel uncomfortable when your house is too hot.

Hi lovelies! I hope you all are doing well. So many of my friends, family members and fans has been asking me so many questions, so I have decided to use this medium to answer all your questions

Which village does your father come from, Answer Gbokoda Nigeria
How many kids do you have? Answer Two boys. I gave birth to my first son in Lekki phase 1 Lagos Nigeria,My second son was born in Goes Zeeland in The Netherlands. My oldest son lived in Nigeria while he was three months old till he was five years old due to some challenges we experienced trying to acquire a new dutch passport for him. I and my children has dual nationalities, Nigerian and dutch.
How old are your children, Answer 9 and 4 years old respectively.
Where did you live before coming to Holland, The Netherlands, I lived in Nigeria, grew up in Asaba, married my first husband at Ikoyi magistrate court in year 2008 before then we where living in Port Harcourt Nigeria since year 2005, gave birth to my first son in Lekki, Lagos Nigeria. Lived in Treasure Garden estate Lekki phase 2 Lagos Nigeria for several years.
What am I doing now? I am about to round off my studies as a masters in Marketing Management in Scotland
How many languages do I speak, I speak dutch, English Language, Igbo, little French and German.
How many sisters and brothers do I have? I have one elder sister, and a younger sister and one brother.
How did I find my self in The Netherlands? Well I was 17 years old when I met my first husband in Port Harcourt, He is dutch (oyibo) expatriate He was working with QEDI in Nigeria and later worked for Exxon mobile in Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria, we married in Lagos Nigeria in the court and with him I had my first son Kenneth Kroone.
Are my parents in The Netherlands, No.
Whats my favourite food? Rice and chicken, Nigerian jolly rice.
Why do I love modelling? I am able to express my self better with pictures.
Am I a certified beauty consultant ? Yes, I have a diploma in skincare, makeup, perfumery and cosmetics.
What skills do I have? Answer- I can braid hair, weave, cut, manicure, pedicure, website buiding, I worked in several hair salons in Nigeria, I also worked as a beauty consultant, sales representative in insurance company in Nigeria and laundry and dry cleaning companies Nigeria.
Why do I enjoy blogging? Answer- I am a certified professional secretary, I studied online with Pennfoster Scranton U.S.A. During my studies, I learnt how to write professionally and I also acquired some book keeping skills.
How many diplomas do I have? Answer – I am a biochemist, Masters In Marketing Management student, a beauty consultant, a professional secretary,diplomas in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint and diplomas in dutch speaking (NT2)
Am I planning to return back to Nigeria soon? Answer no, I used to visit my mummy and family members often few years ago, but currently, my sisters are very happily married. My mummy would be retiring soon and she plans to join me in The Netherlands. My career goal is to stay back in The Netherlands and find a befitting professional jobs aligned with my field of studies.
Where have I resided in The Netherlands ? I started coming to the Netherlands since year 2008. I used to visit holland 6 times a year, flew all the time with KLM. Then I used to visit holland with my first husband, we stayed at bijmer Arena in Amsterdam quid, then we had a house at putterplantsoen. During the year 2010, I decided to stay back in The Netherlands. I lived in Rotterdam for few years, then in Dordrecht, and during the year 2013. I moved to s gravenpolder Zealand, whereby I later got married to my second husband that same year. In December 2013 I gave birth to my second son Timothy. Few years later, I was able to acquire a new dutch passport for Kenneth and brought him from Nigeria to join us in The Netherlands.
Which hotels are my favourites? I have spent over one month in Eko hotel Lagos Nigeria in the year 2008 with my first husband Mr. jan Kroone, before we finally got an accomodation in Treasure garden estate Lekki Lagos Nigeria. It was a very memorable moment for us then, I have also spent few nights at Sheration hotel at schipol airport in 2010, I did enjoyed my stay there then. I have also had the ample opportunity to work in cool hotels and restaurants in The Netherlands such as Fletchers hotel, Amadore Hotel, Van der Valk etc. These hotels has quality interiors and great customer service.

My Current Favourite Jeans!

Hello my amazing fashionistas in da house! I hope you all are doing great. These are my current favourite jeans! I love wearing jeans from brand names such as Levi, G- Star, Gaastra, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Car Jeans, Only, H&M, We. You can not go wrong with few pair of branded jeans in your wardrobe. These above mentioned brands has jeans for male and females. I do buy my jeans from open 32 in Goes, In The Netherlands, De Bijenkorf and on Zalando. Bos Men in The Netherlands has awesome suits for male. C& A has also high quality clothing for male, females and kids.
