My Current Favourite Hotels In The Netherlands!

Amsterdam is the biggest city in The Netherlands, an amazing tourist destination. Sheraton hotel and restaurant is located in several cities in The Netherlands. I particularly like the one situated at Schipol airport. It does has a great ambience and awesome beauty centre.

Zeeland is a municipality in The Netherlands.  I have had dinner several time at Van Der Valk in Goes, the food there is great. We did enjoyed their buffet. Van der Valk hotel has also a very lovely hotel in Middelburg as well.

Amadore hotel has several restaurants, bars and wellness centre in Zeeland. The Arion hotel by Amadore in Vlissingen has a great ambience, lovely view of the boulevard.

Fletchers hotels is also a terrific place. I have had ample opportunities to work at Fletchers and Amadore hotels in zeeland. Their customer service is one in a million. If you are in search of a very beautiful hotel, you may want to check out Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam. You woud definitely love the ambience and interior deco. I also posted some pictures of the amazing beautiful Eko hotel in Lagos Nigeria. If you do ever visit Nigeria, check the hotel out, you would definitely love it.

4 Ways To Achieve A Stress Free Lifestyle!

Hello my dearest friends,  I have been asked alot by my friends, fans, followers, family members tips on how to become happier. Some of us may become unhappy due to the fact they lost  job, contract lost a loved one or financially drained.  Some  people tend to use anti depressant to combat it. As a biochemist, I learnt during my study years there are some amazing ways you can actually become happier, fight depression and stress with out consuming drugs that can harm your health especially drugs with side effects.

Below are some of my tips:

  1. Distract your self, try as much as you can to look for something you love doing, become a photographer, start a  new study, babysiter, painter, join a dancing class and so on and so forth. look good on daily basis.
  2. Create balance and evacuate your self from an environment, jobs that is risky for your health and wellbeing. I do believe in the saying, health is wealth. Some of us do stay in a job that you love but might be dangerous, be very careful and make the right decision, please never risk your health no matter your circumstance.
  3. Build meaningful connection, make friends, reconcile with your self, fury or whom ever that has ever offended you. The word of God sttes that  God forgives us of all our sins as long as we forgive our neigbours.
  4. Visit musuems, zoo, go for date, jogging, makeover, manicure, pedicure, spa and so on.

5 Reason I Enjoy Blogging!

My greatest source of joy are my adorable boys and  making others look and feel fabulous! Being a beauty consultant has enabled me to meet the most talented amazing beauties in Africa and Europe! Male and female come to me for beauty advice such as how to look younger, sleep better, healthy diet, advice to look younger, mouth, skincare hygiene, styling tips and many more. I am so so so grateful for all the amazing talents, ladies and gentlemen i have had the opportunity to inspire. I love you all with all my heart! I will forever remain grateful. I just want to say that i have learnt from you all as much as you guys have learnt from me.

Below are the most important reasons I enjoy blogging!

4 Simple Ways To Learn Dutch Language!

Hello lovelies, I hope you all are having a wonderful christmas celebration! I am so excited and looking forward to 2018! 2017 has been a very blessed and wonderful year. I appreciate my family and friends and give God the glory for his faithfulness. Please do remember to share love, gift and joy with your friends and families too.

I have  so many expatriate friends whom do love to learn dutch language. I also have some friends from Russia, Poland whom desperately do want to learn english language.  This blog post would inspire you on four simple ways to learn dutch or any other languages real fast! I have practised these methods and it worked for me. I learnt speaking dutch language within one year!

  1. Learn dutch via skype. You can find tutor online via Facebook, marktplaats and just by searching dutch teacher wanted on google.
  2. Listen to dutch children or any other language programme. Dutch has a lot of television senders ( i love watching teletubbies) its fun to learn dutch by watching kids cartoons as well!
  3. Make friends with dutch people. The dutch people are very amiable and kind. you can make friends at the library, park, zoo etc
  4. Read simple dutch sentences online and listen to dutch audios!

Fun Tips!!!

Hello my amazing friends! I hope you all are doing well. Please make sure you dress up properly before leaving your home so that you can avoid freezing, it is absolutely cold these days. Today, am so thrilled to share with you amazing tips on how to feel better, less lonely especially if you are living alone. During my studies at Rotterdam University, I learnt from my colleague whom was writing a thesis on Loneliness experienced by the elderly and it’s management. Well I learnt a lot from him, because he shared his thesis work with me.

See below some cool tips on how you can feel less lonely, especially if you are single, in school far away from your friends and family or an elderly. Here we go!!

  1. Read a lot, books helps you to keep your mind occupied, read awesome novels, books etc
  2. Watch Nollywood movies ( Nigerian movies) or Hollywood movies, there are a lot of movies these days on YouTube. You would love them.
  3. If you are an elderly, call your family often or have them call you. You can video call on WhatsApp or skype.
  4. Go for a walk!
  5. Indulge in a hobby such as cooking writing, jogging, photography singing, makeup
  6. Develop good relationship with your neighbours and make new friends, so you can visit them and chat.
  7. Adopt a child or a pet.
  8. Travel! Rent a hotel or Airbnb room somewhere in the world, hop in the plane and fly away!!!

Hey Sweetness!  Winter is officially here! are you looking for a winter date idea to try? Or maybe you’re totally single and just looking for a fun idea for a girl’s trip, a birthday, or just an “i-need-to-treat-myself-because-im-awesome” date! Here’s a fun date Idea that I’d highly recommend for winter. I usually spend most of my time indoors during winter period, working, writing, working on school assignments, reading or just giving myself a nice treat. Do remember to treat your skin with good skin care products. Some very affordabe skincare product i like aot is Nivea, it helps to reduce dry skin. Nivea has showergel, body oil and bodycream. For kids, Zwitsal bad foam is amazing, and baby oil. Do remember to keep your hair and entire body tidy and fabulous . Primark  and Marks and Spencers in Europe has very affordable clothing for winter period

Few months ago, I went for a car tour in Rotterdam, I love cars such as Porsche and Lamgboghini. It was great fun!

10 Ways To Improve Your Mood!!!

Hello muffins!!!  I was inspired to write this post by a friend of mine! Everybody is different, and everybody has different ways of dealing with periods when they are not in their best mood but if you’re looking for suggestions, you may find these helpful:

  1. Step back and self-reflect. Whenever I start feeling down, I try to stop, reflect, and get to the root of my feelings.
  2. Reach out to someone. I used to bottle up my feelings out of fear that I would be judged if I talked about them. I’ve since learned that reaching out to a loving, understanding person is one of the best things I can do. You can reach out to a trusted friend, partner or relative, it’s ok to cry on someone shoulder. You can discuss how you feel and brainstorm on how to make you feel better.
  3. Listen to music. Music can heal, put you in a better mood, and make you feel less alone, or take you on a mental journey.  I love listening to gospel music, Rihanna, Davido, Psquare, Ed Sheeran, Adele, Coldplay and wiz kid.
  4. Cuddle or play with pets. If you are blessed with pets, that is terrific, spending quality time with a loving pet can instantly make your heart and soul feel better.
  5. Go for a walk. Walking always helps me clear my head and shed negative energy. It’s especially therapeutic if you choose to walk at a scenic location. You may decide to register in a Gym, engage in sporting activities.
  6. Drink something healthy and reinvigorating. For some reason, orange juice always puts me in a better mood and makes me feel revitalized and serene. There are many health and mood benefits of drinking orange juice and other fruit juices. You may also want to drink minted thee or other flavored thee.
  7. Write. Writing is usually the first thing I do when I’m feeling down. It always helps me get my thoughts and feelings out in front of me.  I love writing this blog post to inspire, reach out to you my awesome readers. I do a lot of research, I do ask people some questions such as how to you get better at your job? What are the activities that you engage in to make you feel better, etc., I get a lot of feedback that is how I learn. Please do not be afraid to make new friends, and be open. It’s part of living! A friend of mine always says, you only live once, which is very true.
  8. Take a nap. Sometimes we just need to recharge. I always feel better after getting some rest.
  9. Plan a fun activity. Moping around never helps me feel any better, so it usually helps to plan something fun to do if I’m feeling up to it. It can be something as simple as creating my own vision board or something as big as planning a trip. I enjoy playing with my kids a lot. I also love to go window shopping when am bored, or hangout in the library, with friends, do my groceries, and cleaning your home, cloths, garage helps a lot too because your mind tend to be occupied and you do not get to think about negative stuff.
  10. Do something spontaneous. Some of my favorite memories entail choices I made spontaneously. We should all learn to let go of routine every now and then and do something exciting and unplanned. You may go for a spontaneous trip or decide to spontaneously do 200 meter race, challenge yourself every day, and have something or someone to look up to. You may listen to great motivators such as Oprah, Brian Tracy or listen to funny YouTube videos such as The Ellen show, two and half man and the big bang theory.

Time for Confidence!!!!

Confidence is one thing we all struggle with from time to time especially if you are an introvert. Here is a short story for you. Once upon  time, Over a decade ago,  I was a very very shy girl, my girlfriend’s then at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka Nigeria  then in Nigeria during the pre science programme I took part in for one year in order to study medicine after the programme ( although I ended up studying biochemistry on another university and graduated as a biochemist) literally forced me to contest for a beauty pageant, because I did not  have nice cloths, not enough money,  not such a popular girl at shool then,Also  did not have enough confidence to contest for the miss Mbaukwu beauty pageant, my friends had to rally around to all the necessary items I needed for the pageant such as awesome shoes ,cloths, I needed,

My girlfriends also helped me to organise people that would cheer me up then during the beauty pageant. Guess what , I won the beauty pageant. In essence , if you are not a very confident person, you need to hang around with friends and family whom reminds you of how amazing you are. Secondly, try to make new friends, wear neat Cloths , practise self grooming,  read books on how to be more confident, listen to online tutorials too.  All these tips would enable you make new friends and become more confident. Eating well, wearing makeup, emulating from very confident people (role models, mine are Bob Proctor, Naomi Cambell, Beyonce, Rihanna, Genevieve Nnaji, Prink and many more ) being in shape and exercising often is  also an optimum way to stay in shape and look fabulous. 10 Cool Things You Can Do Everyday To Improve Your Life

Hello my amazing fabulous beauties in the house!!! This blog post is dedicated to you in order to inspire you on how you can invest your time and energy in lucrative activities! Without much further ado, lets get started!!!

  1. Sing- Pratice singing, sing praises to God.  if you can not sing, join a music class, you might end up becoming so famous!
  2. Travel, If you do have an european passport, you can visit countries such as Spain, Greece for very affordable prices. Traveling helps you to become more educated, accomodating and versatile. Companies such as Sunweb has great holiday packages at very affordable prices
  3. Get out in nature. Go for walk with your loved ones, spend quality time together visit the streams, hiking, biking. If you are married, go for a dinner date with your husband or wife, plan a secret getaway or do  a simple picnic.
  4. Exercise. Exercise makes you look smarter, happier and feel better.
  5. Practise gratitude, be grateful for your loved ones, kids, family friend, job, gratitude helps to improve your relationship.
  6. Write, write a blog, keep a journal. writing helps to relax the brain. Keeping a journal helps you let go and forgive.
  7. Mediation is also awesome, meditate every day.try to pracise yoga at home. You may watch YouTube videos for inspiration
  8. Declutter your life, try to practice minimalism, live simply, you do not need to have all the best cloths, houses, cars to be happier. just live!!!
  9. Eat healthy food everyday.
  10. Relax, pursue your hobby, keep doing what you love no matter the circumstance.
