Hello my lovelies, I hope you all are doing alright. I have coached many of my friends and family members to find a job or to become an entrepreneur. One of my aunt’s daughter is doing very well now in Lagos Nigeria, as a makeup artist, I remembered few years ago, I bought some cool make up items from The Netherlands, and gave some to her as a gift, she later started practising with makeup, now she is an independent t makeup artist, doing the makeup of very famous nolly wood actresses in Nigeria.
Today’s blog post is to inspire you on how to find a job and also some great advice for employers. According to a research carried out by LinkedIn, sixty percent of jobs are unadvertised. Open solicitation is a great way to find a job. Many international students has asked me for coaching on how to find a job as well. Most international students that came from Africa, China, India always faces challenges when they finish their programmes, some of them do wish to stay back in Europe to find a job, but most of them do not know how to go about it because of language barrier, new environment, cv customisation and so on. It is very important to have a job in order to be able to sustain one self. Finding a job is not the key thing, but your ability to keep the job depending on your competencies and passion. My advice to you is to go for jobs that you are passionate about. Some skills such as time management, self-control, Social awareness.

Use key words when conducting research on google and be very specific.

Hello lovelies, I hope you all are doing well. Today, am going to share with you my favourite airlines. I enjoy travelling a lot and visiting new places, meeting new people, experiencing new culture . It helps me to understand cultural dimension, make new friends and most of all its nice to see new places. About a decade ago, I used to come from Nigeria to The Netherlands, 8 weeks on in Nigeria, two weeks off, I flew a lot with klm from Lagos Nigeria to Amsterdam in The Netherlands.
Some other amazing countries I have been to are France, Germany , Spain, Turkey ,Greece , Italy, Belgium, Kenya and Nigeria. I flew with klm, British airways, Emirates, Kenya airlines, royal air Maroc, Turkish airline during my trips. These airlines mentioned above are my favourites. My younger sister is an entrepreneur like myself, I guess it runs in the blood. She sells flight tickets , her company’s name is called Solite Travel Nigeria.
Some health tips for you when travelling are as follow:
1.Do not be drunk avoid drinking too much alcohol before travelling
2. Do not forget to set your alarm on while waiting for your flight to arrive, you might miss your flight
3. Leave your house at least 2 hours earlier than the flight boarding time, this act would enable you arrive in the airport online and prevent you from panicking.
4. Pack your luggage a day before the trip
5. Take some of your favourite items such as perfumes creams in miniature. You might need vaccination or anti malaria injections when visiting African countries.
6.Make sure you have your visa and all the proper documents ready for your trip.

Need to look prettier this autumn season, well these are my cool recommendations for you. Here are few brands where I could use every product from their line to create a full face of makeup. Especially when you take moisturiser, eye cream, serum and primer into account first; then the number of candidates becomes rather small. Yet, I’m so happy to say that I could walk onto a Chanel counter, Mac or any drug store makeup counter choose a full entire face of makeup (what a dream that would be) and know that I will look my absolute best at the end of application. There are just so many products that I really adore and feel deserve more hype. Their eyeshadows for instance from channel, whether powder or cream, are some of the best out there and always pop up in the most beautiful shades. You may also want to use Black opal powder for baking your face instead of the B9 powder. The day and night cream of channel is the best, how I wish I could afford them. Few years ago, when I used to work with MOOI perfumeries in The Netherlands, some customers do walk in the shop and spend thousands of euros on skin care products, I did admired them a lot.
I am currently loving the Channel chance perfume, it smells heavenly. But there are a number of other products that I have been using and adoring now for a few months, and it was about time that I brought them all together for a run down. Take a peek at what my current favourite beauty buys are and how you could integrate them into your own routine!

One more tip, Channel Chance perfume is terrific also Dolce and Gabana number 3.
