Wrinkles can be seen on male and female faces and neck. In order to minimalize these fine lines, please follow the mentioned procedures below
- Visit your dermatologist if you wish to get rid of the wrinkles on your face
- Sleep well at night, at least eight hours every day
- Apply day and night cream on your face. Please be very gentle when applying the day and night cream on your eyes and neck area, because the eyes are very sensitive organ of the body!
- Drink lots of water and apply hydrating lotion on your face
- Avoid too much sun exposure, use sun protection cream to protect your body from sunburn
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
These above-mentioned methods are natural ways to remove wrinkles. There are also other methods such as botox, face lifting, and so on, I do recommend the natural process.
