Hello, my beautiful angels! I hope you all are doing great! I woke up today and finally realized am a writer! Yuppie! It took me nine good years to realize it. My passion for writing started when I was sixteen years, I used to write very romantic poems and letter then, all my friends knew me then as a poet.
The aim of today’s blog post is meant to inspire you all on how to feel happier and very satisfied. Happiness is a choice, its a state of mind, no one else can give it to you except God and your self. This is a highly requested blog post. Many of you have come to me and said, I feel very sad. I always asked why some of your answers are, I don’t have enough money, I do not have a child, just had a terrible divorce, I lost my job, my partner, not in good shape and so on. The following reasons would enable you to become happier. I am Dutch and Nigerian. In Nigeria, I learned to be happy even when I do not have much. In Africa, many people are very happy without luxury. These ideas below may help you become happier.
1. Listen to your self, the inner child in you, ask your self, what makes me happier? It might be singing, dancing, traveling, whatever it is, just do it.
2. Listen to motivational speakers such as Brian Tracy, Dan Lok, Oprah
3. Visit friends and family. Spend quality time with them.
4. Manage and appreciate whatever you have.
5. Be prudent with spending. Avoid waste. Invest in yourself. Give your self a nice vacation, nice perfume. Some of us ladies wait for our men to take us to a nice hotel, or island, give us nice handbag, perfume, you do not have to put all the spending on a man, you need to work hard and contribute in a relationship.
6. Avoid drinking excessive alcohol and drugs. Some tend to find solace in drinking alcohol when they recently lost their job, alone etc. Excessive alcohol is bad for your health.

9. Learn to cultivate the spirit of forgiveness. Whenever someone offends you, forgive and forget and ask God to bless them with wisdom .

Hallo, mijn geweldige vrienden en familie, ik hoop dat het goed gaat met jullie. Vandaag ga ik het met jullie hebben over tevredenheid. Ik heb vroeger in Nigeria gewoond, dus ik weet wat het betekent als mensen weinig te besteden hebben. Toch zie je daar ook mensen, die met het weinige wat ze hebben tevreden en gelukkig zijn.
Veel mensen zijn ontevreden in het dagelijkse leven. Men voelt een tekort aan aandacht, geen leuke baan, te weinig geld. Voor veel mensen is het gras bij de buren groener dan bij henzelf. Het is mogelijk om dit te veranderen en meer oog te hebben voor je eigen tevredenheid en dankbaarheid.
Hier volgen enkele tips:
-Accepteer jezelf zoals je bent
-Geniet van het moment
-Wees tevreden met hetgeen je hebt
-Vermijd negativiteit
-Heb het gevoel waardevol te zijn
-Stel jezelf sociaal op naar andere mensen
-Het is beter te geven dan te nemen
Tevreden mensen zijn gelukkige mensen, ze zijn tevreden met hetgeen ze hebben en wie ze zijn.
