Hello, my beautiful angels! I hope you all are doing great. There has been a lot of request from you guys. I have been asked severally especially by my male blog readers, to share a post on how to take good care of their skin. I have also received several questions such as, how do I prevent bumps on my face after shaving, how do I remove all the unwanted hair growing on the chest, back and other parts of the body and so on and so forth. Well, today, I am going to share with you some tips on how to achieve. very nice glowing skin. For ladies, you may want to use Kylie skincare line. Kylie Jenner has a very nice cosmetic line.
- Take your bath at least twice a day. I use Rituals shower bath, The Body Shop, Dove, Nivea and skincare products from De Tuinen
- Use deodorant such as Dove, Nivea, Axe.
- Use cool perfumes such as Dior Homme for men, channel, Cartier, Hugo Boss. You can shop with Ici Paris xl or Douglas in The Netherlands.
- Use shaving foam from Nivea or mary kay when shaving. Always sterilize your shaving equipment before and after usage
- Eat great food and drink a lot of water
- Exercise often
- Practise meditation, mindfulness, avoid negative thoughts
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetable. I enjoy fruits salad from Albert Heign supermarket alot. Its really easy to grab and eat delicious salad from Albert Heijn.
- Sleep daily on clean bed linen and use clean towels
- Use day and night cream on your face after washing it. You may purchase very affordable face cream designed for men from Etos or Kruidvat.
