I do recommend you visit Amsterdam and patronize these above eateries.

You may be able to order food at home by using the services of Uber eats.

Jumbo, Albert Heijn, Dirk and Aldi offers very delicious meals too.

He is a talented chef.

Fitness and Healthcare Tips 2019!

Hello, my amazing friends! I hope you all are doing great. I have been a beauty consultant in Europe for several years. I enjoy sharing the beauty and healthcare tips, do it your self-ideas and coaching with my friends, fans, and family. There are several ways to become more fit, happier, healthier this year 2019!

Exercise often, bike, go for long work. You may shop for your awesome bikes at Decathlon, Piet Voskamp in Middelburg. Perry sports has great sportive outfits at low prices. Basic fits and fit for free are great places in The Netherlands for fitness.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I enjoy buying the already made fruits from Jumbo, Albert heijn or at Dirk supermarket. In case you do not like vegetables, you may prepare it in the form of WOk, its more delicious that way. Check out the Jamie Oliver site for more inspiration.
Sleep at least 8 hours every day. switch off your phone when going to bed, please.
Practice basic self-care activities every day by brushing your teeth regularly, taking your bath, healthy balance meal, etc.
Enjoy a new and relaxing hobby, it could be making beads, traveling, cooking. Try to become an expert in that field.
Practice yoga and meditation. Personally, cleaning helps me to relax and stay calm.

Goedemorgen beste vrienden, vandaag wil ik het met jullie hebben over fitheid en gezondheidstips voor het jaar 2019. Gezondheid is een groot goed, misschien is het wel uw belangrijkste bezit. Niet voor niets toosten we bij feestelijke gelegenheden op iemands gezondheid. Iedereen wil gezond kunnen leven en gezond blijven.

Hier volgens enkele gezondheidstips,

-Eet gezond, veel groenten, fruit, noten en volkoren producten

-Beweeg regelmatig, elke dag minimaal een half uur wandelen of fietsen

-Let op uw gewicht, een gezond gewicht zorgt er voor dat je lekker in je vel zit.

-drink niet te veel alcohol, let op dat het bij af en toe een gezellig glaasje blijft

-rook niet, heel simpel, gewoon helemaal niet roken, roken is zo ongeveer het slechtste voor je gezondheid

-goed slapen, een goede nachtrust is een must om overdag goed te kunnen functioneren

-vermijd stress, van stress krijg je zowel lichamelijke als psychische klachten

Mijn beste vrienden, dit waren enkele gezondheidstips, het vergt enige discipline om het vol te houden, maar het is het wel waard.

How To Achieve A Flat Stomach!

Hello, my beautiful angels, I hope you all are doing great! This is a requested blog post! today, I am going to share with you awesome ways you can achieve flat stomach! Big fat stomach or obesity can lead to diabetes.

Eat healthier. Drink lots of water!
Avoid drinking too much beer or alcohol
Avoid too much sugar in your thee or coffee.
Jogging, sprinting or cycling can help tone your body
Hit the gym. Fit for free Gym is a great place to train yourself
Eat a salad every day. Albert Hein supermarket and Jumbo Super
Try celery juice

Hallo mijn beste vrienden, vandaag wil ik het met jullie hebben hoe je een strakke buik kan krijgen. Voor veel mensen is het de grootste ergernis aan hun lichaam: hun buik. Veel mensen proberen wel om dat buikvet weg te krijgen maar slagen daar niet in. Buikvet is wel degelijk weg te krijgen, als je maar weet wat je wel en wat je niet moet doen. Dan is een strakke buik een kwestie van tijd.

Hier volgen enkele tips om een strakke buik te krijgen.

-Zorg dat je meer energie verbruikt dan dat je binnen krijgt(calorieën)

-eet verstandig, zorg voor een uitgebalanceerd dieet

-train je buikspieren

-Geef jezelf de tijd, langzame verandering is duurzame verandering

Mijn beste vrienden, het komt er op neer dat je om het krijgen en behouden van een strakke buik je leefstijl structureel moet veranderen.

My Favourite Supermarket In The Netherlands!

Hello, my beautiful friends and family! I hope you all are doing great! This is a sponsored blog post. I was asked to share with you guys my favourite supermarket in The Netherlands and the reason why!

Below are my favourite supermarket

I have been shopping with Albert heijn over a decade. I love their food and for the fact that they are open till 8 pm in Zeeland, also their customer service is terrific. Jumbo is also one of my favourites, I like the way Jumbo supermarket is decorated and wide range of food and drinks. I used to shop at Netto market eight years ago when I was living in Rotterdam Zuid. Spar supermarket has very affordable food items. A few months ago, I was in Scotland, I shopped at Tesco, Asda and mark and Spencer supermarket, their food is also very nice. Over a decade ago, while i was living in treasure garden estate in Lagos Nigeria, I shopped often at Shoprite supermarket in Lekki, Lagos Nigeria. The supermarket is so beautiful and big.

Top Healthy Food For Healthy Looking You!

Hey sugar! I hope you all are doing great! I am so xcited to share with you some cool healthy food ideas that will make you healthier and fabulous.

For breakfast, oatmeal is so healthy, crackers and tonijn fish is delicious. For lunch tomato soap is an awesome meal idea. In The Netherlands, we enjoy having cheese and bread for lunch.

Dinner meals are my favourites, I love Rice and chicken, especially the surinaams rice, potato cheese and lots f vegetables such as brocolli, green pepper. I love albert heign super market cheese! Aside from Albert heign supermaket i do shop at Spar , Emte and Jumbo. I truelly enjoy food. Do remeber to drink fresh orange juice on daily basis and lots of fruits and water!

My darlings, what are your favourite meal ideas? I do love to learn from you!

p.s. Aside from healthy meals, consisent exercise would help you look well nourished and healthy looking. boking and jogging is terrific for all.

Hé schatjes! Ik hoop dat het goed gaat met jullie! Ik ben zo blij dat ik jullie enkele coole ideeën over gezonde voeding deel die je gezonder en fantastisch zullen uitzien.

Voor het ontbijt is havermout zo gezond, crackers en tonijn vis is heerlijk. Voor lunch is tomatenzeep een geweldig idee voor een maaltijd. In Nederland genieten we van kaas en brood voor de lunch.

Dinermaaltijden zijn mijn favorieten, ik hou van rijst en kip, met name de rijst van de surinaamse rijst, aardappelkaas en veel groenten zoals brocolli, groene peper. Ik hou van albert heign super market cheese! Afgezien van Albert Heijn supermaket winkel ik bij Spar, Emte en Jumbo. Ik geniet echt van eten. Vergeet niet om dagelijks vers sinaasappelsap te drinken en veel fruit en water!
